Immigration law in Houston

Before you tell us the whole story, know what the fee covers.

Immigration cases turn on deadlines, forms and a stranger's reading of both. Most families who come to us have already paid someone who stopped answering the phone.

We charge one fee for each kind of case and put it in writing before any work begins, with what it covers and what the government charges on top. If your plans change, we tell you what that does to the price, in advance, in the language you think in.

We are lawyers. Not notarios, not consultants. Our names are on every filing.

Forty-five minutes, then a price in writing

Tell us where you are in the process. We tell you what we would file, how long it usually takes and the flat fee, before you decide anything.

The case review is credited to your fee if you hire us within 30 days. Government filing fees are separate.
