Why we say lawyers, not notarios

In much of Latin America a notario is a lawyer. In the United States a notario público is not: they may witness a signature, but they cannot give legal advice or represent you in immigration matters.

Everyone who advises you here is a licensed attorney, and we say so on the first call. If someone has already taken your money and your papers, bring what you have. We will tell you where the case stands.

Choose who you would like to speak with

Tell us your language and your kind of case in the form, and we will set up the review with the right lawyer.
