From the first call to the last filing
Five steps, the same for every case. Each one ends with something you can hold.
- 01
Step 1: You get in touch
A few lines by form, phone or text, in English or Spanish. A case coordinator answers within one business day.
- 02
Step 2: The case review
Forty-five minutes with a lawyer, by video or in Houston. You leave knowing what we would file and what it costs.
- 03
Step 3: What you pay, stated first
An agreement in plain English or Spanish with the flat fee, what it covers and what it does not. You can take it home to think about.
- 04
Step 4: We prepare the filing
We gather documents with you, you read every page before it goes in, and you keep a copy of everything.
- 05
Step 5: After we file
We track the case, answer anything the government asks for and tell you what comes next, in the language you prefer.
